Shipping
All orders for in stock items will
generally be processed ship within 24-48 hours. Out of
stock items will be shipped as soon as they become
available. Please remember that shipping time can vary
due to many factors, and all shipping times given by Itzy
Bitzy™ or any shipping agency are only estimates.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the
date of shipping, with the exception of sale items. All
shoes must be unworn, and in their original box. Any
requests for returns or exchanges can be made by emailing
customerservice@itzybitzy.com
to request a
Return Authorization Form. All returns MUST be received
with a Return Authorization Form. Any request for
returns without the Return Authorization Form will be
declined. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please
allow 14 days for the processing of all returns and
exchanges.
